The Role

  • A contract and specification sales role, with managerial responsibility
  • Taking ownership for all contract sales, including direction and strategy of the division
  • Promoting our high-end luxury range of Bathrooms and Kitchens
  • Targeting both the commercial and high-end residential sectors across the West Midlands
  • Typically specification lead, influencing and tracking projects with architects & specifiers
  • But also targeting the contractors, house builders and high-end multi-site hotel chains
  • Scope to increase and grow the team

The Person

  • Most importantly you will have a proven track record within a specification lead sales environment
  • Whilst also having some experience in a sales management or leadership capacity
  • You will be equally comfortable influencing and advising architects as you are selling to and winning projects with contractors, developers or hoteliers
  • You will be polished and professional, with first class communication and presentation skills
  • And be experienced and credible enough to take ownership for the strategy and direction for the contract sales division
