This project brings together carefully considered materials, clean architectural lines, and practical functionality resulting in a kitchen and bathroom design that has earned recognition for both its beauty and attention to detail.

In the kitchen, LEICHT’s Contino line in IOS Glass Arctic and Minera-C Kiruna creates a crisp, modern look, softened by the natural texture of the finishes. The sleek, handleless cabinetry is paired with a 12mm Stone Italiana Calacatta Oro worktop bringing in a refined marble effect without overwhelming the space. A solid Spekva wood breakfast bar, 60mm thick, adds a warm, handcrafted touch, providing both a visual anchor and a welcoming spot for casual meals. High-performance Gaggenau appliances and Dornbracht brassware complete the space, delivering precision, reliability, and lasting style.

The bathroom follows the same design philosophy streamlined, tactile, and grounded in natural tones.
